It's not enough to have solid instructional content when creating effective learning solutions.

To drive results it must be interactive, easy to use, and visually appealing.

 

What I do differently: I concentrate on the end result and design backwards using the appropriate modality.

 

I use a combination of games, multimedia, exercises, and more to make sessions exciting and engaging.
